Project Life Tuesday for today is school trips. Rosie recently went on a trip to the Howick Historical Village with her class and they were asked to dress up in old fashined clothing for the day.
She was super excited about attending school in something other than her uniform so we had fun choosing her outfit. We found a lady who makes petticoats and hats and had these made for her. Despite the awful weather on the day, she had a fantastic time churning butter and sitting in an old classroom for the day.
I took this photo during the dressing up process and in the end we went for an ankle length dress with boots and tights...with the petticoat over the top of course! :)
